Sports cartoonist for The Cincinnati Enquirer for 28 years.
Drew a local comic strip called "F. Stop Fitzgerald" for 14 months. Created the visual version of "The Big Red Machine".
Drew a weekly cartoon for the Cincinnati Reds website.
Draws a weekly sports editorial cartoon for Cincinnati CityBeat
Work is featured in books Cincinnati Illustrated, Drawing Attention, The Big Red Machine, The First Boys of Summer, The Big Red Dynasty, Beware...The Song Shark, The Inner Game of Music, Golf in the Comic Strips and The National Cartoonists Society Annual.
A lifetime member of the Baseball Writers Association of America (Hall of Fame voter) and also is a member of the NCS (The National Cartoonists Society). He is a member of the NCN (National Caricaturists Network).
Awards include Best of Gannett (1980) and Newspaper Illustration Division Reuben Award (NCS 1994).
Inducted into the Cincinnati Hockey Hall of Fame in 2004 for his hockey art.
