She uses only professional grade cosmetics that are made for face painting. Neecee renders beautiful masks and full face animal masks in a few minutes per face. She is an artist and can paint custom requests too. She especially loves the reaction when holding up the mirror to a client! Everybody is happy! Neecee was one of the first face painters ever hired by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and has been cruise ship painting for over nine years.
