Philip creates from photos, using color pencil or opaque water color, a portrait of the subject which is flattering and positive. He combines interests into interesting, pleasing and colorful designs. A sketch can be done first for approval. Prices start at around $275 and up, depending on size, complexity and rush.
Philip is also an Illustrator, working on Children's Book Projects, and also in pastels and oils, and commissioned for formal portraits, Murals, and Corporate Scenarios. Philip can create Custom Original Decorations and Props for Parties and Events Nationwide. He also does Party Caricatures.
