Considering how long I've been drawing I would have let down my guests if the drawings didn't resemble them.
THEIR MANNERISMS:
That coy smile, the explosive laugh, a sarcastic grin... these are what we remember about a person when they are gone, when we miss them, when we search for ways to describe them. My observation skills are photographic. I aim to capture the sitter in their most characteristic moment- occuring in fleeting glimpses.
YOUR EXPECTATIONS:
Some people are more comfortable than others about having their picture drawn. Right from the start I determine what kind of drawing will please and surprise. I am not out to offend anyone but am in the business to explore the art with the expectations of the sitter to guide me.
-I arrive at least 15 minutes early to each gig.
-Weatherproofed (anchored, collapsable) canopy tent option available for outdoor events.
-Various types of signage available and custom signage made on request.
